BUILDING IN REVIEW By PHILIP WEIDLING [Daily News Building Editor] Hotel and apartment owners in Broward county have now reached a stage of feverish activity in preparing for what is expected to be the greatest "season" in history. These activities range from complete remodeling, such as that in progress at the Broward hotel, and the addition of a second story, such as that at the Blue Water hotel.
